Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaajill ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aaajill website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at aaajill.net.

By creating an account, accessing the aaajill platform, or placing any wager or bet through aaajill's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aaajill platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the aaajill Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and aaajill. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with aaajill, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an aaajill employee or any entity affiliated with aaajill's gaming operations.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law at the time of registration or wagering.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with aaajill or any PAGCOR-governed gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) aaajill account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. aaajill employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity cross-referencing to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

aaajill reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the decision.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aaajill account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. aaajill will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

You must notify aaajill immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any device loss or theft associated with your registered mobile number.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your aaajill account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account — this is strongly recommended and may be required before certain account actions are permitted.

aaajill accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party who gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility until such time as you have notified aaajill of the breach and aaajill has taken steps to secure the account.

Deposits & Payments

aaajill accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. All account balances are maintained in PHP. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your verified aaajill account. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

aaajill does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may apply their own transaction fees independent of aaajill. aaajill has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party fees applied by external payment providers.

Deposits made in error — including duplicate deposits or deposits made to the wrong account — must be reported to aaajill support immediately. aaajill will investigate and, where confirmed, apply appropriate corrections. aaajill is not liable for funds lost due to player-initiated errors in payment details.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified aaajill accounts. Account verification (KYC) requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. aaajill reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to friends or family members, are not permitted under any circumstances.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT).
• InstaPay transfers are processed in real time upon approval.
• Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or system maintenance.

aaajill reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. These checks are conducted in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Processing of the withdrawal in question will be paused during any such review.

Funds that remain in an inactive account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the cashier terms. Players are encouraged to log in regularly and to contact support if they wish to withdraw their balance from a dormant account.

Bonuses & Promotions

aaajill offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all aaajill bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are disclosed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the rollover requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the specific offer.
• aaajill reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to recover bonus funds from player accounts where abuse is detected.

aaajill reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Gameplay & Wagering

aaajill offers a range of gaming products including slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting. All games available on the aaajill platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers in real time. All RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories on a regular basis.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each slot and casino game on the aaajill platform reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates as certified by the game's provider and auditing authority. These figures are provided for informational purposes. Actual results for any individual session or player will vary from published RTP figures, and aaajill makes no guarantee of any particular outcome for any individual wager.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. aaajill does not reverse or cancel confirmed wagers except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• In sports betting, aaajill reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was priced in error, or where the outcome of the event is subsequently found to have been manipulated or the subject of match-fixing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface or market listing at the time of wagering.
• aaajill reserves the right to limit or restrict wagering by any player at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the platform's server-side log, which is the authoritative record of all game events. aaajill's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaajill platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one aaajill account, whether under your own identity or under another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with aaajill.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the aaajill platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the aaajill platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to obscure your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account limitations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward aaajill staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. aaajill strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aaajill platform — including but not limited to the aaajill brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of aaajill or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aaajill platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in any content on the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the aaajill platform without prior written authorization from aaajill. Unauthorized use of aaajill's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaajill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aaajill platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

aaajill does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond aaajill's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures) may affect platform availability. aaajill will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits aaajill's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by aaajill's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may close your aaajill account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or by contacting Live Chat support. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw all available real-money balances. Bonus balances that have not met their rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

aaajill reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where aaajill has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Your continued access to the platform poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk to aaajill or its other players.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information at any stage of your relationship with aaajill.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Where an account is terminated by aaajill for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of termination may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or material breach is established, all balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

aaajill operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines. All gaming activities on the aaajill platform are conducted in compliance with applicable PAGCOR rules and regulations.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such proceedings.
